The working principle of the VMAXX®️ Single-Point Control Open Gear Spray Lubrication System is to use compressed air as power to pump lubricant through a high-pressure pneumatic pump to the nozzle assembly, where it mixes with compressed air to form an oil mist that is then sprayed onto the gear meshing surface. This spraying method not only effectively cleans contaminants from the tooth surface but also forms a uniform and clean lubricating oil film on the gear surface, providing excellent lubrication protection.
Product Features
The 1-to-N open gear spray centralized lubrication system is a centralized lubrication solution designed for open gears of multiple mills, enabling unified management and maintenance of open gear lubrication for multiple ball mills.
- Individual Oil Volume Control: Each oil injection point can be individually controlled for oil volume, allowing improved lubrication in off-load areas by increasing the oil spray volume;
- Nozzle Blockage Alarm: The system has a nozzle blockage alarm function and can quickly clear blockages to ensure continuous lubrication of the tooth surface;
- Strong Adaptability: The spray lubrication method comprehensively considers equipment load, temperature, gear width, gear speed, tooth surface condition, and equipment operation status to determine appropriate oil usage.
